The office is 23.1 square metres and rental is £ 5,845 per annum for VCSE organisations or £8686 for private sector companies. Rental charges include all utility costs, cleaning and caretaking services as well as access to a 34-space car park.
Bullion Hall is open Monday –Friday 8am- 9pm as well as occasional weekends. The centre is always staffed during opening hours by a team of caretakers who are all well qualified re health and safety, first aid, fire marshal etc. enabling staff to safely work alone outside of usual office hours.
Bullion Hall is located less than 5 minutes’ walk from Chester-le-Street train station, and less than 10 minutes from the town centre. We are well placed regionally for the A1M and the A167. There are a number of charities and social enterprise based at Bullion Hall; Wheels to Work, Integrating Children and Girls Friendly Society. Others such as MS Society, Karbon Homes and Durham County Carers Support regularly use Bullion Hall for activities, advice and support.
Bullion Hall is a busy, well-loved community centre with local residents, each day participating in a wide range of activities on offer from parent and toddler groups, martial arts and dance and exercise classes to music, art and craft groups, languages and lunch clubs. These community rooms are also available to hire.
At the heart of Bullion Hall, we have the wait er while café which daily serves delicious hot meals, snacks and cakes, to eat-in or take away as well as offering buffet services. The café holds a five-star food hygiene rating.
